Judaica Israel Bezalel Jerusalem Red Copper Plaque Vintage Antique Chalutz
Rare copper plaque made in Jerusalem by Bezalel, pre- 1948.
The image etched depicts a chalutz- a pioneer farmer, tending his field in the early countryside of what will become Israel.
On the lower right side of the relief there is Hebrew verse- "Oved admato isba lehem" (The one working his land shall be sated with bread).
The bottom of the plaque is signed in Hebrew- Bezalel Jerusalem.
The plaque comes without a frame or hanging loop.
Condition is very good with few marks on the copper and a small bend on the top left corner
