Fabulous vintage copper tray/ deep plate.
Handmade in Israel during the 1960's by Zel Zion, Tel Aviv.
Signed on back.
At the bottom of the plate there is a relief decoration showing a soldier guarding the old City of Jerusalem with the words- "medinat Israel" (the state of Israel), and the verse from Isaiah 62:6 - "I have posted watchmen on your walls, Jerusalem" in Hebrew.
